Judge Tony Williams of Forsyth, MO; ethical dwarf

The State of Missouri presented William Robert Folsom with a law license in 1991 after he graduated the University of Tulsa Law School.

The Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline of Judges found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated Missouri law on at least seven (7) occasions
• Violated Supreme Court rules on handling cases
• Failed to ensure the constitutional rights of persons appearing before him
• Unlawfully excluded public from his courtroom from September 2012 thru May 2014
• Mistreated attorneys and their clients appearing in his court
• Acted improperly in a matter involving a guardianship for a woman who was no longer able to handle her own finances, legal affairs, and make medical decisions

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tony by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Tony continues to sit as a Taney County Circuit Court judge in Forsyth, Missouri.
