The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board has charged Mike engaging in the following misconduct.

• Sent racy text messages to criminal defendant’s girlfriend
• Had sex with criminal defendant’s girlfriend
• Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communications outside of court with criminal defendants and their relatives in cases involving drugs
• Exchanged photos with defendant’s girlfriend
• Engaged in explicit sexual conversations with defendant’s girlfriend
• Paid for motel in Binghamton, NY where he had sex with defendant’s girlfriend
• Engaged in a pattern of phone calls with defendant’s girlfriend

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tommy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2015) Mike continues to sit as a District Court judge in Sayre, Pennsylvania.
