Judge Timothy Bowles of Essex, UK; pervert  

The state of Utah presented Timothy Bowles with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) Law School.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct

In 2014, an investigation led to a discovery that Judge Bowles was using a government provided computer to view pornography. Of course Timmy the Perv continued to receive his taxpayer funded salary during the time he spent surfing for porn.

Shouldn’t Timmy be made to repay the government for the wages he received regarding the time he spent surfing for porn?
