Justice Arlene Bluth of New York City; one of the good Gals

The state of New York presented Arlene P. Bluth with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the Benjamin Cardozo Law School.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

In one matter, Justice Bluth was assigned to preside over a defamation case filed by attorney Robert Cardali against his former partner Richard Slater.

Shortly after the case was filed, Justice Bluth dismissed it based on the law that “the truth of the matter asserted” is an absolute defense to a defamation claim. Put simply, Justice Bluth was stating that Mr. Cardali was “Defamation Proof.”

A review of Mr. Cardali’s sham lawsuit and Justice Bluth’s reasoning for dismissing it can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

Kudos to justice Bluth for having the courage and fortitude to out a litigious loser like Mr. Cardali who was in truth beyond being defamed by anyone.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Arlene continues to sit as a Justice of the Supreme Court for New York County in New York, New York.
