Judge Julia Reyes of Philippines; ethical dwarf

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Julia A. Reyes (JAR) with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Julia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to render just, correct and impartial decisions
• Failed to act with fairness, impartiality and integrity

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Julia by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Julia continues to sit as a judge in Manila, Philippines.
