Solicitor Patrick Mann of Kerry, Ireland; ethical elf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Patrick Mann with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Allowed client balances containing a large element of solicitor/client fees undrawn and unpaid third party outlay to arise
  • Had undischarged third party outlay totalling €300,315 as set out in the report of the Law Society’s accountant

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment and imposed a fine of €3,000.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Patty practices with Patrick Mann & Company at 25, 26 and 27 Ashe Street, Tralee in Kerry, Ireland.
