Ken Blackwell: Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Ken Blackwell

Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Kenny. In the past, she has been the recipient of one (1) Award. That awards is listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed category.

On a recent (03/10/15) airing of the Un-Family Research Council’s Washington Watch comedy radio show, senior Un-Family fellow Ken Blackwell decided to spew forth a few falsehoods in regards to the recent video showing University of Oklahoma fraternity members singing a racist chant that included references to “lynching niggers.”

Kenny told fellow comedian and Un-Family senior fellow Peter Sprigg:

  • It wasn’t a coincidence that the racist chant came “at a time when you have one of our nemeses, Dan Savage, who is now having his life story being portrayed on a new sitcom on ABC.”
  • “You know, here’s a guy that’s responsible for the coarsening of civil discussion and conversation being celebrated, at a time when there are knuckleheads who are still spewing from their lips the sort of nonsense that we’ve heard from these fraternity members.”

Rather than refer to these “knuckleheads” as dyed-in-the-wool racists, Kenny decides to place the blame for their bigotry on Dan Savage, a gay activist.

The truth of the matter is that these bigoted buffoons received their training as racists from their parents and/or from others that influenced their lives while they were growing up.

Congrats Kenny; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
