Sen. Marco Rubio: Today’s “Chicken Little” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Sen. Marco Rubio

Today’s “Chicken Little” Award Winner

This isn’t the first and certainly will not be the last Award presented to Marco. In fact, in the past, he has been the recipient of one Screwball Award and was also the subject of an article.  That award and article can be viewed by going the listing at the end of this article.

Sen. Rubio is a so-called Tea Party favorite who has proven that he is willing to say or do anything to promote himself as a possible GOP candidate for the presidency in 2016.

Marco the Bullshitter is well aware that in order to endear himself to the far right nutcases in the Republican Party it is necessary for him to attack Obama on any and all issues and as often as humanly possible.

During a recent appearance with comedian Brett Baier on The Fox Comedy News Show, Marco decided to go after Obama in regards to the crisis in Syria. During the interview, Marco said he was skeptical of the efficacy of Obama’s planned military strikes.

Chicken Little had the chutzpah to say that if he were commander-in-chief he would never have gone this long without some form of U.S. action. He then went on to say:

“We have to understand, if I had been in charge … or someone else [Michelle Bachman], hopefully … we’d have never gotten to this stage.”

What is truly galling about Mr. Chicken Little is the fact that he never volunteered to serve his country during the first Gulf War, the Iraq War or the Afghan War. There is no doubt he age eligible since he was born in 1971. Apparently, Chicken Little has the same fear of fighting for his country that Dick “Chicken Little” Cheney had when he obtained five (5) deferments to avoid serving in Vietnam.

If Mr. Chicken Little is so geared up to go to war with Syria in order to oust Assad, then I’d suggest he waltz on over to a local Army recruiting station in Miami and volunteer to lead the charge. Until he’s willing to do that, then I’d suggest that he invoke his 5th Amendment Right to remain silent.

Congrats Marco; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Most Unappreciated “Chicken Littles”; you are far too humble.
