Trump Family: Today’s “Avarice” Award Winners
A recent (late October 2018) lawsuit filed in federal court in New York City (Manhattan) accuses The Great Leader and his three children, Donnie Jr., Ivanka and of enticing vulnerable people to invest in sham business opportunities. (Maggie Haberman and Benjamin Weiser)
The allegations in the lawsuit target The Great Leader’s personal hype that he is a successful deal-maker who was able to build a lasting business. The lawsuit charges The Great Leader and his three children to lending their names to a series of scams.
Contained within the 16-page lawsuit are allegations that The Great Leader and his kids received secret payments from at least three businesses in exchange for promoting them as legitimate opportunities for investors. In truth, these businesses were get-rich-quick scams ended up being harmful to the unsophisticated investors that were also suffering financially.
One of the scams involved a business named ACA, a telecommunications marketing company that paid The Great Leader millions of dollars to endorse its products. Another scam was the so-called “Trump Network”, which was a vitamin marketing business.
This lawsuit puts forth a claim that The Great Leader and his children for engaging in “a pattern of racketeering activity in their operation of the three scams. A spokesman for the plaintiffs in the lawsuit said:
“This case connects the dots at the Trump Organization and involves systematic fraud that spanned more than a decade, involved multiple Trump businesses and caused tremendous harm to thousands of hardworking Americans.”
This is just another find example of The Great Leader and his children engaging in fraudulent scams to unjust enrich themselves. Remember that The Great Leader voluntarily agreed to pay $25 million to the victims of his Trump University scam.
All that remains now is to see how long it takes The Great Leader and his scamming offspring to agree to settle this lawsuit for millions so as to avoid a jury trial and court judgment that could be quite expensive.
