Attorney David Conway of Toronto, CAN; slacker

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented David Robert Conway with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from York University Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to fulfill 6 undertakings given to other lawyers
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed make complete reports to 2 clients
• Failed to maintain books and records of his law practice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished
Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Dave practices at 1000 Finch Avenue in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
