Attorney Ronald Perrick of Vancouver, CAN; slacker, repeater

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Ronald Wayne Perrick with a law license in 1971.

The Law Society of British Columbia Disciplinary Committee found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to reply to number of communications from opposing counsel
  • Failed to filed necessary pleadings on client’s behalf
  • Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter
  • Failed to disclose to client service of Demand for Discovery of Documents
  • Failed to disclose to client mediation had been scheduled
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to disclose promptly to client that opposing counsel was seeking dismissal of her claims
  • Failed to provide client with copies of application materials provided by opposing counsel in support dismissal of dismissal of her claims
  • Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Ronnie by gifting him a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Ronnie practices with Ron Perrick Law Corporation at 1641 Lonsdale Avenue Street in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
