Attorney David Power of Newfoundland, CAN; ethical dwarf 

The Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador presented David R. Power with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Newfoundland and Labrador Disciplinary Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide proper quality of service to client
• Failed to act with impartiality
• Failed to avoid conflict of interest between clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Dave practices with Perry & Power at 55 Bond Street in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada.
