Solicitor Rossline Fane of Australia; lying loser

The Law Society presented Rossline Agnes Fane with a law license in 1995.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Rossline guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file appellate argument on client’s behalf
• Misled (lied) to judge in her affidavit re: failures in appellate matter
• Failed to appreciate the seriousness of her conduct in lying to judge

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Rossline by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand, a $10,000 fine and $2,000 in costs.
