Solicitor William Petschler of Australia; ethical gremlin

The Law Society presented William James Petschler with a law license in 1995.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Withdrew funds from trust account and paid said funds into his general operating account without client authorization
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Billy practices with Bill Petschler Lawyers at 87 Mosman Street in Queensland, Australia.
