James Baker: Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

James Baker
Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

James Addison Baker, III was born in 1930, meaning he’s 82-years-old as we speak (ca. June 2012)

Jimmy served as Chief of Staff for President Ronald Reagan, and served as Treasury Secretary under President George H.W. Bush.

While giving a speech at a Mitt Romney fundraiser in Park City, Utah on June 22, 2012, Jimmy had the chutzpah to scold the Obama administration for “ignoring any type of bi-partisanship.”

Apparently due to his age, Jimmy is no longer capable of understanding what the term “bi-partisanship” actually means. FYI: Jimmy, the Merriam Dictionary defines it as members of two parties (that’d be the Dems and the Republicans Jimmy) compromising to pass legislation.

No whether you are a Obama supporter or not, the record clearly indicates that he’s devoted a substantial amount of time attempting to work with the Republicans in the Senate and House in passing various legislation.

It may be possible that Jimmy actually interpreted Sen. Mitch McConnell’s statement, “the single most important job is to defeat Obama” as a hybrid form of bi-partisanship. If he did, I’d respectfully suggest that Jimmy that he’s suffering from dementia, and if not, he’s just another big time Bullshitter.

Congrats Jimmy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s Premier Bullshitters; you are far too humble.
