The state of California provided Barry David Brown with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California State Bar found Barry guilty of th e following misconduct

In one matter, Barry Brown pleaded no contest in 1999 to two misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and lewd conduct in public.

The enabler for Attorney Perverts sitting on the bench at the time decided it wasn’t necessary to require that Barry the Perv be a registered Sex Offender.

Making matters even more disturbing is the fact that the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits and Perverts sitting on the California Bar Court had the chutzpah to rule that the Perve’s conduct did not constitute moral turpitude.

Moral Turpitude is defined as “conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty or good morals.”

According to the State Bar, exposing oneself in public is considered complying with community standards of justice, proves honesty, and is evidence of a Attorney Pervert’s “good morals.”

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Barry.
