Attorney Stephen Linnen of Columbus, OH; convicted pervert

The state of Ohio presented Stephen Patrick Linnen with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the course of nearly two years, Stephen shocked at least thirty (30) different women in the greater Columbus area, by appearing before them naked and then photographing their reactions. The Perv would run up to his victims wearing nothing but tennis shoes and a cap, snapped several pictures of the women while concealing his facial features.

Stephen admitted that on occasion he would tap a woman to get her attention or pinch her rear end. He also admitted that he may have masturbated inform of them.

While perfuming these perverted acts, Stephen was employed as Legal Counsel by Speaker of the House of Representatives Larry Householder.

A Franklin County grand jury indicted Stephen as follows:

  • One count of felony burglary
  • Two counts of felony gross sexual imposition
  • Thirteen counts of misdemeanor sexual imposition
  • Forty counts of misdemeanor public indecency

Subsequently, the Perv pled guilty to (a) 13 counts of sexual imposition, (b) 1 count of aggravated trespass, and (c) 39 counts of public indecency for a total of 53 criminal convictions.

He later received a complimentary 18-month suspended sentence for a fellow lawyer donning a black robe.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. March 2014), Stephen is practicing law in the Columbus, Ohio area.
