Attorney Thomas Freeman of Norwalk, OH; pervert

The state of Ohio presented Thomas Herbert Freeman with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • 3 days after client turned 18 paid her $150 for photos in various stages of undress
  • While driving his 18-year-old client to a scheduled court appearance in Medina, he stopped to buy three shirts and a bra and panty set for her
  • After the 18-year-old’s mother reported his conduct to the police, she agreed to wear a wire
  • During taped conversation, Tommy offered the underage girl alcohol
  • Tommy asked 18-year-old client to pose naked for photos and solicited her for sex acts in exchange for specific amounts of money, all of which was taped for the police

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Tommy practices with Freeman & Freeman at 12 Whittlesey Avenue in Norwalk, Ohio.
