Attorney Martin Schulz of Ontario, CAN; convicted pervert

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Martin Christopher Schulz with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marty was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of make available child pornography. He was released after a bail hearing on the same day.

Bail restrictions for Marty the Perv included including no contact with persons under age 18 and only supervised contact with his two children, then aged 10 and 12 years old. He also was prohibited from using any computer system or device able to connect to the internet and from connecting to the internet, except at his place of employment and for employment purposes only.

Subsequently, Marty was found guilty of possession of child pornography and was sentenced to imprisonment for 45 days.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee didn’t mete out any punishment of any kind to Marty the Perv.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Marty practices at 151 City Centre Drive in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
