Attorney J. Michael Boxley of Albany, NY; convicted pervert

The state of New York presented James Michael Boxley with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Appellate Division, Second Department found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Boxley was convicted of sexual misconduct, a class A misdemeanor. The conviction came about after Boxley admitted under oath that he had sexual intercourse with an adult female without her consent.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division, Second Department panel punished Jimmy the Perv by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Jimmy practices with Brown & Weinraub PLLC at 50 State Street in Albany, New York.
