Attorney William Wolfson of Flemington, NJ; convicted pervert

The state of New Jersey presented William Wolfson with a law license in 1976.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found William guilty of the following misconduct.

William pleaded guilty to a one-count of criminal sexual contact. During the plea hearing, Bill admitted that he had touched the breast of a female employee at his doctor’s office while he was receiving a medical test. He further admitted his conduct was intentional and his purpose was his own sexual gratification.

Later on, Bill admitted to the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office that over a period of three to four years, he had touched six female employees at his doctor’s office between ten and 15 times. Bill admitted that on two occasions he had “cupped” the breast of female staff for his own sexual gratification.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Pervs sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished William by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

In addressing the Supreme Court, William demanded that the court merely reprimand him and not suspend him. Bill then had the chutzpah to state if he received a reprimand he would be willing to perform pro bono services in the bankruptcy cases. Kind of gives a new meaning to the term “pro bono” if ya know what I mean. Clearly, Bill missed his calling as a standup comedian!

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Bill the Perv practices at 1100 Liberty Court 260 Rout e in Flemington, New Jersey.

As expected Billy makes no mention of his criminal conviction on his self-serving website at www.njchapter13.com I suppose he’s worried about limiting his future victim pool.

Again the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court found it acceptable to allow yet another convicted pervert to practice law.
