Attorney Joseph O’Malley of North Royalton, OH; convicted pervert

The state of Ohio presented Joseph Patrick O’Malley with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Cleveland Statue University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Patrick guilty of the following misconduct.

Patrick was convicted and sentenced on one count of felony transportation and importation of obscene matters. At the time of his conviction, Patrick was the elected recorder of Cuyahoga County (Cleveland).

The criminal conviction revolved around Patrick’s use of an interactive computer service for the carriage in interstate and foreign commerce obscene, lewd, lascivious, and filthy pictures, writings and other matters of indecent character. Patrick was sentenced to 15 months in prison and three years of supervised release.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Patrick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

It’s nice to know that there’s yet another convicted felon running amuck in Ohio with a law license thanks to the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Patrick practices at 19657 Lytle Road in North Royalton, Ohio.

An unreliable source indicated that Patrick offers a 50% discount on his fees if a client provides him with some filthy pictures.
