Gary Mellor of Seward, NE; disgusting pervert

The state of Nebraska presented Gary D. Mellor with a law license in 1989.

Disciplinary Counsel found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Matty pled guilty to knowingly and intentionally receiving or distributing a visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct that was mailed, shipped or transported by computer via interstate commerce.

Subsequently, the Federal District Court sentenced Gary the Perv to 366 days in prison.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Gary practices at 2448 Mary Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
