Attorney Dean Delforge of Brookfield, WI; tax scofflaw

The state of Wisconsin presented Dean P. Delforge with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Dean guilty of the following misconduct.

·        Falsely claimed to Surpeme Court that tax returns were complete for filing

·        Failed to prepare and file state/federal income tax returns for an estate

·        Show cause hearing scheduled for failure to file inventory in estate matter

·        Faield to appear for court ordered show cause hearing

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dean’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Dean by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Dean practices with the Law Office of Dean P. Delforge SC at 15850 West Bluemound Road in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
