Attorney Colleen Locke of Jefferson, WI; perjurer, repeat offender  The state of Wisconsin presented Colleen J. Locke with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Registration found Donald guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Colleen failed to correctly file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition and accompanying schedules on behalf of a client, despite numerous opportunities to do so and specific advice from the bankruptcy trustee, thereby causing the client additional delay and expense.
In another matter, during her own divorce proceedings, Colleen falsely testified that she was unrepresented by counsel in her previous divorce.
Because Attorney Misfits in Wisconsin are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Colleen was never criminally charged for perjury.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Colleen’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Colleen previously received a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Colleen by gifting her with a 2nd complimentary reprimand.
