Attorney Mark Milos of Kenosha, WI; lying loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Mark Milos with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Mark was also provided with a law license by the State of Illinois.

The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

Mark obtained a Wisconsin real estate broker’s license in 2008. A year later, he used the license to enter a condominium owned by a client’s opponent in litigation taking place in Illinois, and he obtained evidence that he later used in that litigation. Making matters worse, Mark made false statements to a police officer investigating his entry into the condominium.

Subsequently, Mark received a 90-day suspension of his law license in Illinois. Shortly thereafter, the Illinois Supreme Court reciprocated by suspending Mark’s license for 90-days.

As we speak (ca. June 2013), Scott practices with Milos Law LLC at 3816 Roosevelt Road in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
