Attorney Michael Haas of Cedarburg, WI; lying scammer
The state of Wisconsin presented Michael R. Haas with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

Lied to client’s son-in-law that he had filed petition for the appointment of a receiver and dissolution of the partnership when in fact he had no so acted

Made several misrepresentations to the client and the client’s son-in-law

Lied to client’s son-in-law that two hearings on the matter had been held and that certain orders had issued from those hearings

Produced a fabricated court order in furtherance of his various misrepresentations [lies]

Falsely told the son-in-law that he had filed the lawsuit but had not timely effectuated service

Failed to advance the client’s efforts to dissolve her deceased husband’s partnership

Failed to provide the client with accurate case status information

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mikey!)
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. February 2020), Mikey practices at 371 Cedar Pointe Avenue in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
