Attorney Alan Eisenberg of Milwaukee; serial liar, repeat offender

The state of Wisconsin presented Alan D. Eisenberg with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to take steps to protect client interests after being terminated
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly made false statements of fact to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal
  • Violated his attorney’s oath (What’s new?)
  • Entered into prohibited business transaction with client
  • Used means having no purpose other than to embarrass, delay or burden third person
  • Knowingly made false statement of material fact or law to third person

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Alan’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a one (1) complimentary reprimand and two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Alan practices with the Law Offices of Alan Eisenberg at 3111 West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
