Attorney Christopher Carson of New Berlin, WI; moronic liar  

The state of Wisconsin presented Christopher S. Carson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in frivolous conduct causing trail court to award fees to opposing part of $9,400
• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Continued to pursue action after being court warned the action was meritless
• Knowingly made false statement to Court of Appeals

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Chris’ First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Chris practices with the Carson Law Office at 15350 West National Avenue in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
