Attorney Gary Knudson of Rhinelander, WI; cheapskate loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Gary D. Knudson with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed for over two years after his client's divorce to file an approved QDRO (Qualified Domestic Relations Order)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to perform any legal services regarding client’s claim other than a review of the initial materials transmitted to him by the agency
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to timely refund an unused filing fee of $57 [cheapskate]

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Gary’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Gary practices with Gary Knudson Law Office at 8A West Davenport Street in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
