Attorney Arthur King of Clay, WV; ethical misfit

The state of West Virginia presented Arthur Wayne King with a law license in 1971.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board Art guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Entered into improper loan transaction with client
• Failed to report $15,000 loan to bankruptcy court as required
• Prior admonishment for same conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Art by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Art practices in Clay, West Virginia.
