Attorney Biann-Sheng Tsui of Seattle; ethical leprechaun

The state of Washington presented Biann-Sheng Tsui with a law license in 1984.
he graduated from the University of Utah Law School. 

The Washington State Bar found Tsui guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  2. Failed to preserve identity of client funds and property
  3. Engaged in prohibited transactions with client
  4. Failed to reconcile client balances against check register balances
  5. Failed to properly supervise office staff
  6. Negligence caused overdrafts of trust account
  7. Failed to promptly disburse settlement proceeds to client
  8. Failed to maintain complete records of client funds
  9. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  10. Paid one client with funds belonging to another client
  11. Allowed staff to enter into business transaction with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Tsui by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Tsui practices with the Law Office of Biann-Sheng Tsui at 1021 NE Sixty-Eighth Street in Seattle, Washington.
