The Washington State Bar found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act fairly when dealing with opposing counsel
  • Failed to respect the rights of third persons
  • Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications
  • Failed to promptly pay $,7500 as ordered by the court

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
