Attorney Jingzhou Kang of Bellevue, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Jingzhou Kang with a law license in 1997.

The Washington State Bar found Kang guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Jingzhou!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Kang by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
