Attorney Karen Lundahl of Tacoma; lying loser 

The state of Washington presented Karen McCarty Lundahl with a law 
license in 1978 after she graduated from the University of Puget Sound 
Law School. 

The Washington State Bar found Karen guilty of the following misconduct. 

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to communicate with client
3. Failed to preserve identity of client funds
4. Failed to terminate representation when required
5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
6. Failed to protect client interests after being discharged
7. Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
8. Lied to client about work performed on client’s case
9. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Karen!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington 
State Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of 
her law license. 

As we speak (January 2013), Karen practices with the Department of Assigned Counsel at 
949 Market Street in Tacoma, Washington.
