Attorney Douglas Lambarth of Newport, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Douglas D. Lambarth with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to respond to client’s requests for information
3. Failed to withdraw after being fired by client in an eviction matter
4. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
5. Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (January 2013), Doug practices at 102 South Union Avenue in Newport, Washington, which is about 45 miles northeast of Spokane.
