Attorney Terry Preszler of Kennewick, WA; lying cheater

The state of Washington presented Terry J. Preszler with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Terry guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Charged a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)
  2. Gave client legal advice that was worthless
  3. Filed false documents with a trial court
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  6. Failed to obtain prior approval from bankruptcy judge before distributing proceeds from his client’s personal injury claim to himself
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Terry practices with Preszler & Associates PLLC at 8797 West Gage Blvd in Kennewick, Washington
