Attorney Amanda Lilly of Yakima, WA; ethical elf

The State of Washington presented Amanda Rae Lilly with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from Puget Sound University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Amanda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to refund clients’ unearned trust account funds after withdrawal from representation
• Failed to reconcile the check register balance to the bank statement balance
• Failed to reconcile the check register balance to the combined total of all client ledgers

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Amanda by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Amanda practices her so-called brand of law with Tonilynn Savage at 1506 Summitview Avenue in Yamika, Washington.
