Attorney Jesse Corkern of Bellingham, WA; cheating loser

The State of Washington presented Jesse R. Corkern with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Jesse guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to communicate with client
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Charged and/or collected an excessive fee
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jesse!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Jesse by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Jesse practices with JRC Practice PLLC in Bellingham, Washington.
