Attorney Leanne Lucas of Seattle, WA; ethical dwarf

The State of Washington presented Leanne Lucas with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Leanne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to maintain proper trust account records

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Leanne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
