The State of Washington presented Eric Valley with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

 

The Washington State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to communicate the rate or basis of fees
  • Failed to deposit client fee into his trust account
  • Never provided client with contemporaneous billing statements
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
