Attorney Priscilla Vaagen of Spokane, WA; ethical goblin

The state of Washington presented Priscilla Ann Vaagen with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Priscilla guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit all client funds into an interest-bearing trust account
• Failed to maintain complete records of all funds securities, and other properties of a client coming into his possession
• Failed to render appropriate accountings to clients
• Failed to maintain required trust account records

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Priscilla by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Priscilla practices with the Vaagen Law Office at 113 East Baldwin Avenue in Spokane, Washington.
