Attorney Kenneth Raber of Yakima, WA; ethical elf

The state of Washington presented Kenneth Wesley Raber with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matters to the extent necessary for the clients to make reasonable decisions about their representation
• Failed to adequately communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Kenny practices at 1440 North 16^th Avenue in Yakima, Washington.
