Attorney Frederick Cann of Long Beach, WA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Washington presented Frederick Ernest Cann with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into prohibited business transaction with client
• Failed to obtain consent to his involvement in an obvious conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019, Freddy practices with Cann Lawyers PC at 212 Pacific Avenue North in Long Beach, Washington.
