Attorney Dana Ryan of Puyallup, WA; thieving loser

The state of Washington provided Dana Mitchell Ryan with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Dana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with trust account regulations
• Charged an unreasonable fee (thief)
• Failed to transcribe two tapes despite being paid to do so and then retained funds the client paid him to perform said transcriptions (crook)
• Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Alfie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
