Attorney Patrick Pasion of Bellevue, WA; ethical gremlin

The state of Washington presented Patrick Michael Pasion with a law license in 1998.

The Washington State Bar found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to explain dependency matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make
• informed decisions regarding the representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
