Attorney Carolyn Lake of Tacoma, WA; drunken loser 

The state of Washington presented Carolyn A. Lake with a law license in 1984 after she 
graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School. 

Carolyn’s misconduct took place while she was sitting as a judge on the Lakewood Municipal 
Court in Lakewood, Washington. That misconduct led the Judicial Commission to find Carmel 
guilty of the following misconduct. 

In one matter, Carolyn was found guilty of one count of driving under the influence (DUI). 

In another matter, she failed to promptly dispose of the court’s business in regards to her 
undue delay in rending a decision. 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington 
State Supreme Court punished Carolyn by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment. 

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Carolyn practices with the Goodstein Law Group at 501 South 
G. Street in Tacoma, Washington.
