Attorney Carmel Mackin of Olympia, WA; convicted drunk 

The state of Washington presented Carmel Claire Carmel with a law license in 1982.

Carmel’s misconduct took place while she was sitting as a Judge  the Mason County District 
Court in Shelton, Washington. That misconduct led the Judicial Commission to find Carmel 
guilty of the following misconduct. 

In one matter, Carmel was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). Subsequently, 
Carmel the Lush was arrested against for driving under the influence 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the 
Washington State Court punished Carmel by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment. 

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Carmel practices in Olympia, Washington.
