Attorney James McBride II of Carnation, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented James Dewitt McBride II with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
