Attorney Brian Chase of Quincy, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Brian M. Chase with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to timely comply with court order
• Knowingly disobeyed a court order

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Brian practices with the Law Offices of Brian Chase PLLC at 209 Central Avenue South in Quincy, Washington.
